One-on-One Spiritual Direction

Sessions are hosted at Mercy Retreat Center, Auburn, and at the First United Methodist Church in Midtown Sacramento, CA. Requested fee is $90 sliding scale to $45 a session. Sessions can also be held via Skype, Zoom, or over the phone.

Group Spiritual Direction

Small group meetings of about 1 ½ to 2 hours in length. I will come to your location in the greater Sacramento area if you have a group you would like to form, or, join an already existing group if it is available. Fees vary depending on size of group.

Contemplative Spirituality Groups

Those who are seeking spiritual formation with others may form or join a contemplative prayer and formation group. The format of these groups can vary from shared time of contemplative prayer such as Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, or guided meditation. It may also include creative art, movement or a book study to discover how it touches our own lives and spirits. Fees vary.

I am also open to speaking to church groups about contemplative prayer practices.
